The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch dozens of products to satisfied customers across the world. Our shipping and handling times can vary depending on the country as we have fulfilment locations located around the world.

Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily track your order.
Please allow 1-2 business days after dispatch for the tracking status to reflect the latest updates.
Order Cancellation
FAILED DELIVERY
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Pure Ashanti) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
On the basis the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address being entered at checkout and is returned to the sender (Pure Ashanti). The customer must cover the shipping cost to have this re-shipped to the correct address.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, it must be done within 2 hours of placing your order. If it exceeds 2 hours, then we will not be able to cancel or amend the order.
